Der Veranstalter \u00fcbernimmt keine Haftung f\u00fcr Sch\u00e4den oder Unf\u00e4lle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bitte achtet auf Unebenheiten, Gehsteigkanten sowie unterschiedliche Beleuchtungsverh\u00e4ltnisse am Gel\u00e4nde.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bei Absage der Veranstaltung werden keine entstandenen Kosten (z. B. Anreise oder Unterkunft) ersetzt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unf\u00e4lle oder Sch\u00e4den sind unverz\u00fcglich dem Veranstalter, dem Sicherheitsdienst oder Einsatzkr\u00e4ften zu melden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B) KONTROLLEN DURCH DEN SICHERHEITSDIENST<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mit dem Betreten des Gel\u00e4ndes erkl\u00e4ren sich Besucher*innen mit m\u00f6glichen Sicherheitskontrollen durch den gekennzeichneten Sicherheitsdienst einverstanden. Den Anweisungen des Sicherheitspersonals ist Folge zu leisten. Andernfalls kann der Zutritt verweigert werden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der Sicherheitsdienst ist berechtigt, Personen hinsichtlich Alkohol- oder Drogenkonsums sowie auf das Mitf\u00fchren gef\u00e4hrlicher oder verbotener Gegenst\u00e4nde zu kontrollieren. Dazu k\u00f6nnen Bekleidung und mitgef\u00fchrte Taschen oder Beh\u00e4ltnisse \u00fcberpr\u00fcft werden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personen, die ein Sicherheitsrisiko darstellen oder Kontrollen verweigern, kann der Zutritt untersagt bzw. ein Verweis vom Gel\u00e4nde ausgesprochen werden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kontrollen k\u00f6nnen auch bereits am Gel\u00e4nde befindlichen Personen gegen\u00fcber durchgef\u00fchrt werden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C) ALKOHOL \/ JUGENDSCHUTZ<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es gelten die gesetzlichen Jugendschutzbestimmungen:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Personen unter 16 Jahren d\u00fcrfen keine alkoholischen Getr\u00e4nke erwerben oder konsumieren.<\/li>\n<li>Personen unter 18 Jahren d\u00fcrfen keine alkoholischen Getr\u00e4nke mit gebranntem Alkohol erwerben oder konsumieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der Veranstalter beh\u00e4lt sich entsprechende Kontrollen durch Mitarbeitende und Beh\u00f6rden vor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mitgebrachte alkoholische Getr\u00e4nke, insbesondere Glasflaschen, sind am Veranstaltungsareal nicht erlaubt und k\u00f6nnen ohne Ersatzanspruch abgenommen werden. Verwahrung erfolgt in daf\u00fcr vorgesehenen Beh\u00e4lter am Eingang &#8211; sp\u00e4tere Abholung m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stark alkoholisierte Personen, die sich selbst oder andere gef\u00e4hrden, k\u00f6nnen vom Gel\u00e4nde verwiesen werden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D) PR\u00c4VENTION \/ AWARENESS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Awareness-Team vor Ort<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Awareness bedeutet Achtsamkeit, Respekt und gegenseitige R\u00fccksichtnahme. Ziel ist ein sicherer Ort f\u00fcr alle \u2013 frei von Diskriminierung, Bel\u00e4stigung und \u00fcbergriffigem Verhalten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das Awareness-Team ist sichtbar (durch Westen) am Gel\u00e4nde unterwegs und unterst\u00fctzt bei unangenehmen Situationen, Grenz\u00fcberschreitungen oder wenn Hilfe ben\u00f6tigt wird.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wenn du Unterst\u00fctzung brauchst:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>sprich direkt das Awareness-Team an oder<\/li>\n<li>melde dich bei der Bar bzw. beim Sicherheitsteam\/Veranstaltungsteam.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rassismus, Sexismus, Queerfeindlichkeit, Ableismus sowie jede Form diskriminierenden oder \u00fcbergriffigen Verhaltens werden nicht toleriert.<\/p>\n<p><strong>E) UMWELTSCHUTZ<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bitte entsorgt Eure Abf\u00e4lle \u2013 insbesondere auch Zigarettenstummel \u2013 ausschlie\u00dflich in den daf\u00fcr vorgesehenen Beh\u00e4ltern.<\/p>\n<p><strong>F) VERBOTE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Folgende Gegenst\u00e4nde und Verhaltensweisen sind am Gel\u00e4nde untersagt:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Waffen aller Art sowie Gegenst\u00e4nde, die als Waffen verwendet werden k\u00f6nnen, pyrotechnische Gegenst\u00e4nde, feuergef\u00e4hrliche Fl\u00fcssigkeiten, Pyrotechnik, Drogen und andere Rauschmittel, Glasflaschen, sowie hochprozentige alkoholische Getr\u00e4nke.<\/li>\n<li>Rassistisches, diskriminierendes, nationalsozialistisches, sexistisches oder politisches Propagandamaterial \u00a0&#8211;<br \/>\n(sowie alle anderen werbenden Materialien nur mit Erlaubnis der Veranstalterin.)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Im Zweifelsfall entscheidet der Sicherheitsdienst \u00fcber die Zul\u00e4ssigkeit eines Gegenstandes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personen mit verbotenen Gegenst\u00e4nden kann der Zutritt verweigert oder ein Verweis vom Gel\u00e4nde ausgesprochen werden.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Die Mitnahme von Tieren ist untersagt. Ausgenommen sind Blindenf\u00fchr- und Partnerhunde mit F\u00fchrgeschirr.<\/li>\n<li>Fahrr\u00e4der und Roller d\u00fcrfen ausschlie\u00dflich an den vorgesehenen Abstellpl\u00e4tzen abgestellt werden. Das Befestigen an Z\u00e4unen, Aufbauten oder Absperrungen ist aus Sicherheitsgr\u00fcnden verboten.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Widerrechtlich abgestellte Fahrr\u00e4der oder Roller k\u00f6nnen kostenpflichtig entfernt werden. F\u00fcr etwaige Sch\u00e4den wird keine Haftung \u00fcbernommen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>G) SICHERHEIT \/ VERHALTEN IN NOTF\u00c4LLEN<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Verhalten bei Unwetter<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bei Sturm, Gewitter, Hagel oder Glatteis haben Besucher*innen eigenverantwortlich geeignete Schutzma\u00dfnahmen zu treffen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bitte meidet insbesondere:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>den Aufenthalt unter B\u00e4umen<\/li>\n<li>die N\u00e4he zu technischen Aufbauten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anweisungen des Sicherheitsdienstes sowie Durchsagen sind unbedingt zu beachten.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Verhalten in Notf\u00e4llen<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Im Gefahrenfall (Brand, Unfall etc.) bitte sofort den Sicherheitsdienst und \/ oder Einsatzkr\u00e4fte informieren:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Feuerwehr: 122<\/li>\n<li>Polizei: 133<\/li>\n<li>Rettung: 144<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wichtige Reihenfolge:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Ruhe bewahren<\/li>\n<li>Eigene Sicherheit beachten<\/li>\n<li>Erste Hilfe leisten, wenn m\u00f6glich<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> R\u00e4umung \/ Evakuierung<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Im Falle einer R\u00e4umung oder Evakuierung ist den Anweisungen der Veranstalterin, des Sicherheitsdienstes sowie der Einsatzkr\u00e4fte unbedingt Folge zu leisten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bitte Ruhe bewahren und die Durchsagen beachten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>H) RECHTSFOLGEN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Verst\u00f6\u00dfe gegen diese Platzordnung k\u00f6nnen zu einem Verweis vom Gel\u00e4nde f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Straf- oder verwaltungsrechtlich relevante Handlungen werden zur Anzeige gebracht. Der Sicherheitsdienst ist berechtigt, daf\u00fcr notwendige Personendaten aufzunehmen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personen, die diese Platzordnung nicht anerkennen, d\u00fcrfen sich nicht am Gel\u00e4nde aufhalten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I) ANORDNUNGEN\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Den Anweisungen von:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Sicherheitsdienst \/ Mitarbeitenden des Veranstalters<\/li>\n<li>Einsatzkr\u00e4ften \/ Organen der Stadt Wien<\/li>\n<li>Grundst\u00fcckseigent\u00fcmer*innen bzw. Verwaltung<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ist Folge zu leisten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alle Personen am Gel\u00e4nde haben sich respektvoll und r\u00fccksichtsvoll zu verhalten. Niemand darf gef\u00e4hrdet, bel\u00e4stigt oder gesch\u00e4digt werden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ebenso ist auf einen sorgf\u00e4ltigen Umgang mit Aufbauten, Einrichtungen (zb WCs) oder Gr\u00fcnfl\u00e4chen und technischem Equipment zu achten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>J) FOTO-, TON- UND VIDEOAUFNAHMEN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mit dem Betreten des Gel\u00e4ndes erkl\u00e4ren sich Besucher*innen damit einverstanden, dass w\u00e4hrend der Veranstaltung Bild-, Ton- und Videoaufnahmen gemacht und ver\u00f6ffentlicht werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diese Aufnahmen d\u00fcrfen im Rahmen der Berichterstattung sowie f\u00fcr Dokumentations- und Werbezwecke zeitlich und r\u00e4umlich uneingeschr\u00e4nkt verwendet werden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eigene Ton- und Bildaufnahmen sind ausschlie\u00dflich f\u00fcr den privaten Gebrauch erlaubt. Instructions given by security staff must be followed. Otherwise, entry may be denied.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1111\" data-end=\"1318\">Security personnel are authorised to check individuals for alcohol or drug consumption as well as for carrying dangerous or prohibited items. This may include the inspection of clothing, bags, or containers.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1320\" data-end=\"1419\">Persons posing a security risk or refusing checks may be denied entry or removed from the premises.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1421\" data-end=\"1487\">Checks may also be carried out on persons already on the premises.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1489\" data-end=\"1492\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1e2iut\" data-start=\"1494\" data-end=\"1527\">C) ALCOHOL \/ YOUTH PROTECTION<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1529\" data-end=\"1570\">Legal youth protection regulations apply:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1572\" data-end=\"1787\">Persons under 16 years of age are not permitted to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.<br data-start=\"1663\" data-end=\"1666\" \/>Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to purchase or consume spirits or alcohol-containing distilled beverages.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1789\" data-end=\"1881\">The organiser reserves the right to carry out corresponding checks by staff and authorities.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1883\" data-end=\"2107\">Alcohol brought onto the premises, especially glass bottles, is not permitted and may be confiscated without compensation. Confiscated items will be stored in designated containers at the entrance and may be collected later.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2109\" data-end=\"2204\">Heavily intoxicated persons who endanger themselves or others may be removed from the premises.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2206\" data-end=\"2209\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"11s0wmh\" data-start=\"2211\" data-end=\"2240\">D) PREVENTION \/ AWARENESS<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2242\" data-end=\"2264\">Awareness team on site<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2266\" data-end=\"2444\">Awareness means attentiveness, respect, and mutual consideration. The goal is to ensure a safe space for everyone \u2013 free from discrimination, harassment, and boundary violations.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2446\" data-end=\"2611\">The awareness team is visibly present on site (wearing vests) and provides support in uncomfortable situations, cases of boundary violations, or when help is needed.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2613\" data-end=\"2633\">If you need support:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2635\" data-end=\"2731\">\n<li data-section-id=\"w74hi1\" data-start=\"2635\" data-end=\"2679\">speak directly to the awareness team, or<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"13krxpg\" data-start=\"2680\" data-end=\"2731\">contact the bar staff or the security\/event team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2733\" data-end=\"2852\">Racism, sexism, queerphobia, ableism, as well as any form of discriminatory or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2854\" data-end=\"2857\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1yvfvu9\" data-start=\"2859\" data-end=\"2890\">E) ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2892\" data-end=\"2986\">Please dispose of your waste \u2013 especially cigarette butts \u2013 only in the designated containers.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2988\" data-end=\"2991\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1f7yb4x\" data-start=\"2993\" data-end=\"3012\">F) PROHIBITIONS<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3014\" data-end=\"3080\">The following items and behaviours are prohibited on the premises:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3082\" data-end=\"3461\">Weapons of any kind and objects that may be used as weapons, pyrotechnic items, flammable liquids, pyrotechnics, drugs and other intoxicating substances, glass bottles, and high-proof alcoholic beverages.<br data-start=\"3286\" data-end=\"3289\" \/>Racist, discriminatory, national socialist, sexist, or political propaganda materials \u2013<br data-start=\"3376\" data-end=\"3379\" \/>(as well as all other promotional materials only with the organiser\u2019s permission.)<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3463\" data-end=\"3539\">In case of doubt, the security service decides whether an item is permitted.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3541\" data-end=\"3624\">Persons carrying prohibited items may be denied entry or removed from the premises.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3626\" data-end=\"3754\">Bringing animals onto the premises is prohibited. Exceptions apply to guide dogs for the blind and assistance dogs with harness.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3756\" data-end=\"4018\">Bicycles and scooters may only be parked in designated areas. Attaching them to fences, structures, or barriers is prohibited for safety reasons. Illegally parked bicycles or scooters may be removed at the owner\u2019s expense.
